Break 1 egg into a bowl, add salt, sugar, 5 tbsp. olive oil. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Sift the flour, add the egg mixture, pour in the milk with yeast. Knead the dough. Cover with cling film or towel. Place in a warm place to ferment for about 1 hour.
Dice the onion, meat, pepper and tomato. Fry everything in olive oil, add tomato paste.
Separate 100 g from the dough. From most of the dough, shape into balls weighing 70 g, roll each into a round cake. Roll the remaining 100 g of dough into a rectangular layer, cut into strips. Twine two strips together, lay in a circle on the edges of the cake. Chop the middle with a fork.
Put the filling on the flat cakes. Grease the edges with an egg. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees. about 15 min. Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and re-place in oven until cheese is melted.
