  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, put a baking sheet inside so that it preheats. Wash the parsley, dry and chop finely, peel and chop the garlic. Sift flour, pea flour, and yeast into a large bowl. Add parsley and garlic. Mix.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix yoghurt, vegetable oil and 150 ml of salted warm drinking water. The mixture should be at room temperature.
  3. Pour the resulting mixture into the dry ingredients and knead the dough. Stir on a floured surface for 2 minutes. Return dough to bowl, cover and leave for 10 minutes. at room temperature.
  4. Use your hands to knead the dough into a large cake, cut it into 4 sectors. Give each part a drop shape.
  5. Stretch each cake 20 cm in length, trying to maintain the shape of the drop. Sprinkle the cakes with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place on a hot baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes.
