Trout cutlets

Delicious and tender cutlets can be made from fish such as trout.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Scroll trout flesh (peeled from bones and skin) in a meat grinder, add mayonnaise, fried finely chopped onion, soaked loaf, yolk, salt and pepper. Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs (I got 3 medium cutlets) and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  2. Then place in a mold and bring to readiness in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. If cutlets are made from dry varieties of fish, then put a small piece of butter on top. I did not put it, as the trout is quite juicy and fatty. We take it out of the oven, let it stand for 5 minutes ... and you can serve it to the table. Bon Appetit!
