If you like raw meat and steaks, it doesn't make sense to praise you tartare. And if you love fried meat, you probably don't dare to try it now. But what if?! Or you may even not eat it, but simply prepare it for friends or family. And if there is no truffle and truffle oil, do not give up. Just use porcini or champignons and pick quality olive oil.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into as small cubes as possible.
  2. Boil the egg.
  3. Finely chop all other ingredients, including the thyme leaves, except for the potatoes. Add to the meat along with truffle and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the potatoes into very thin and long strips. Rinse with cold water. Dry and fry.
  5. Put the finished tartar on a dish and serve with potato pie and croutons. Garnish with a slice of truffle.
