  1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the onion until soft, 5 minutes.
  3. Place the tuna on a strainer to drain the liquid. Grate the cheese. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
  4. In a bowl, combine onion, cheese, tuna, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry into a 3 mm thick layer and cut into 7 cm squares.
  6. Place the filling in the center of the square and fold in a triangle. Pinch the edges. Transfer the finished pies to a baking sheet.
  7. Beat the egg with 1 tbsp. l. water. Gently brush the surface of the patties with an egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  8. Bake 15–20 minutes, until patties are golden brown. Serve warm or cool completely.
