  3. Finely chop the salmon and season with lemon juice and fish sauce, add mayonnaise and Shichimi.
  4. Cut the scallop into tartar and season with lemon juice and mayonnaise.
  5. Make a guacamole. Crush the avocado, add garlic, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Turn into a smooth puree.
  6. Cut the vegetables and apple into a circle and grill.
  7. Lay out as shown in the picture and decorate with bows and decor (what is at hand). Serve.
