Tuna with watermelon is essentially a carpaccio with watermelon sauce: tuna is cut into thin slices and served with watermelon-celery dressing. A light aromatic appetizer with a very fresh bright taste thanks to watermelon and lime is suitable for a work lunch, and for a romantic dinner, and for a festive table

  1. For watermelon salad: cut the pulp of the watermelon into cubes of such a size that they do not fall apart. Cut the celery root into very small cubes. Mix them in a bowl, add vinegar, kimchi, chopped mint, lime juice and salt. We mix.
  2. For the watermelon sauce, grind all the ingredients in a blender. We set to cool for 1 hour.
  3. Sprinkle the oval plate with green oil, put the tuna, cut into a thin slice, salt and pepper, put the watermelon salad on it.
  4. Roll the cucumber slices into tubes. Cut each tube in half and put it on the salad.
  5. Finely chop the red onion into cubes and sprinkle on top. Pour the sauce with a spoon. Sprinkle with green oil and sprinkle with sibulet.
