Using turkey fillets directly on the pan, you can cook meat in a stroganoff style. According to the method and ingredients used, this dish resembles a classic beef stroganoff and, in fact, is its variety.

  1. Cut the fillet into thin slices and quickly fry in a little oil until golden brown.
  2. Peeled onions chopped, and cut mushrooms at random. Ideally, it should be white, but you can use mushrooms or oyster mushrooms.
  3. Add the mushrooms and onions to the meat as soon as the liquid appears in the pan, reduce the heat to low, and simmer until it evaporates almost completely (on average 10-15 minutes).
  4. Add salt and pepper, add mustard and sour cream, quickly and stir in the protonate for another five minutes. Serve with rice, potatoes, or salad.
