  1. Chop the tomatoes in a blender, mix them with garlic, pepper, salt. Add bay leaf.
  2. Pour over the undercap and marinate at room temperature for a day.
  3. Then place the underwire in a roasting sleeve and bake at 180 * 1 hour 30 minutes. Cool under a press.
