  1. Pour the cream into a saucepan with a thick bottom, add the vanilla seeds and the pod itself and cook on low heat for about 1 hour, but so that the cream does not boil. This stage is called the thickening of the cream.
  2. Pour gelatin with cold water.
  3. On low heat, bring the gelatin to complete dissolution.
  4. Remove the vanilla pod from the cream, add sugar and gelatin, and mix.5
  5. Pour the panna cotta into molds and send it to the refrigerator.
