  1. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut the beef into small pieces, add to the onion and fry lightly.
  2. Then add paprika, tomato paste, salt, pepper, pour in wine, cover and simmer until tender, about 2 hours.
  3. If necessary, add wine, broth or water during stewing.
