  3. Peel the celery, wash and grate on a coarse grater.
  4. Peel the potatoes, wash and also grate on a coarse grater.
  5. Mix potatoes, celery, carrots, egg. Add salt.
  6. Add flour and stir again.
  7. Mash the cheese.
  8. Add it to vegetables. Stir the mixture thoroughly.
  9. Turn on the oven.

  11. Cook vegetable casserole in the oven at 190 degrees for 30 minutes.
