  1. To get a vegetarian pizza, you first need to take care of its basis. To do this, prepare the dough and roll it out thinly.
  2. Chop onion and garlic and brown in a little olive oil. Add herbs, tomato paste, and sugar. If desired, you can use salt.
  3. Simmer the sauce under the lid on low heat for a little less than half an hour. Then - beat with a blender.
  4. In a separate pan, mix the mozzarella cubes, and apple cider vinegar. Also, heat the mass and process it with a blender.
  5. On a pizza base, distribute the sauce first, then the cheese composition.
  6. Spread basil leaves, chopped chili, and cherry halves on top. Sprinkle with oil.
  7. Bake the treat for 12-14 minutes at 130-250 degrees. The finished pizza can be further sprinkled with chopped basil.
