Such a simple recipe will take you a minimum of time, and you can enjoy a wonderful healthy, and most importantly, no-calorie breakfast. I came up with this recipe myself and love it very much because it contains more fruit than cottage cheese. When baked, fruits give a lot of juice, so the casserole is very sweet.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the curd, mashed banana, starch, fiber, oatmeal and egg until smooth. Add sweetener or honey dissolved in a small amount there, also add poppy seeds and vanillin. We mix everything.
  2. Cut the apple and nectarine into small squares and add to the dough. Mix to distribute the fruits evenly.
  3. We spread it in a small form (~ 20 cm in diameter). We put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Check readiness periodically with a toothpick (stick it in the casserole to see if it is baked inside).
