Very Satisfying Scrambled Eggs

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Wash the dill, dry it and chop it. Gently break the quail eggs and pour into a bowl.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Fry the garlic and half the dill, 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in quail eggs carefully. Cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with the remaining dill.
