  2. In order to prepare this wonderful meal, we first cook rice noodles or noodles. To do this, put it in boiling water and, stirring, boil for 10-15 minutes. This is only necessary if you are using raw noodles or vermicelli. However, there are similar semi-finished products on the market, but quick preparation. They do not need to be cooked for so long, respectively, but it is enough to bring them to readiness according to the instructions attached to them.
  3. So, the noodles are ready, rinse them with cold water and cut them into small pieces. Take a glass and mix vinegar in it, with the same amount of water, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Then, squeeze the garlic from the garlic into there. Mix this dressing thoroughly.
  4. Next, finely chop the cabbage, cilantro, green onions and grate the carrots. Mix these ingredients in a separate bowl and add the noodles to them and top with the dressing.
  5. Now let's start making rolls. First, wipe each sheet of rice paper lightly with a damp swab or sponge, then put a couple of three shrimps on one edge of the paper, and a couple of spoons of filling on the other end. Then we carefully roll up the roll.
