Waldorf Salad

Not a single festive table is complete without salads. We prefer light, no meat, no mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  1. Cut the apples in half, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice so that they do not darken.
  2. Chop the nuts coarsely.
  3. Wash the celery, peel and cut into thin strips. Connect with apples. Add nuts.
  4. Prepare the dressing. Beat low-fat cream with a mixer, add yogurt, salt, pepper. Pour salad dressing, stir. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to infuse. Serve chilled.
