Warm potato salad with seafood

A delicious salad for seafood lovers, it can be a completely independent dish, a light breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water. Cut the chilled potatoes into cubes. For dressing, combine crushed garlic, half olive oil, lemon juice and pepper. Chop the parsley. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. If the cucumber has a thick skin, then peel it first. Cut off 2-3 thin slices of lemon.
  2. Boil seafood. Heat the remaining oil in a skillet and fry the seafood cocktail in it for 2 minutes.
  3. Add potatoes and fry all together for 3 minutes.
  4. Tear the lettuce leaves coarsely and place in a salad bowl. Put the cucumber slices
  5. Sprinkle with herbs. Top with hot seafood with potatoes and pour over the dressing. Decorate the warm potato salad with lemon slices.
