Warm salad with potatoes and salmon

A very light and healthy salad with salmon, potatoes and yogurt dressing. Salmon is best steamed to preserve all of its health benefits.

Ingredients

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water, 25 minutes. Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and place in a special steaming dish or double boiler, 8 minutes.
  2. Mix together yogurt, mustard, salad dressing, and 1 tbsp. l. dill. Add salt, black pepper and some lemon juice.
  3. Cool potatoes and cut into small pieces. Divide the salmon fillets and combine with potatoes, dressing and spinach. Serve sprinkled with leftover dill.
