Watermelon Sorbet with Mint and Lime

If you are already full of watermelons, make watermelon sorbet. It's very simple, delicious and healthy.

  1. Brush the limes and pat dry. With a fine grater, remove the zest from the limes, squeeze the juice. Remove the stems from the mint.
  2. Remove the seeds from the watermelon, cut off the crusts. Fold the pulp into a blender along with the mint leaves. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream machine and freeze as directed. If you don't have a clipper, place the mixture in a freezer container, seal it tightly, and place it in the freezer. The sorbet will freeze for about 4 hours, and during this time you need every 15–20 minutes. take it out of the freezer and beat the mixture with an immersion blender so that the sorbet is smooth, without ice crystals.
