People have long loved wheat porridge. According to my recipe, it turns out to be very tasty, juicy and satisfying. The family likes it. A multicooker makes the cooking process much easier. Try it!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-boil the soy meat for 5-7 minutes. Put it in a multicooker bowl, pepper, add olive oil. Peel and chop the onion. Add it to the multicooker, select the "Extinguish" mode and close the lid. Put out, stirring occasionally.
  2. Cut the carrots into large strips or slices. Add to a slow cooker and continue braising.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into strips, the zucchini into half rings. Wash the tomatoes.
  4. Rinse millet thoroughly under running water. It is better to do this several times to get rid of the specific aftertaste.
  5. Put the zucchini, pepper and millet in a slow cooker.
  6. Season the porridge with salt, add chopped tomatoes and add boiled water. Put in a slow cooker in the "Porridge" mode for 30 minutes.
