White okroshka with scallop, shrimps and smoked cod

Perhaps, in the usual sense, this is not really okroshka, but rather a summer soup: it is prepared in milk with the addition of cream.

Ingredients

  1. Cut the celery stalk into cubes and marinate in vinegar for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut cucumbers into strips, radish and scallop into thin circles.
  3. Place scallop, cod fillet and peeled boiled shrimps in the center of the plate.
  4. Garnish with pickled celery, dill sprigs, sprinkle with green oil,
  5. Mix milk and cream, carbonate through a cooking siphon and pour into a plate.
