In Italy, this pizza is quite popular. Considering that there are potatoes in every home, then I dared to experiment. And I didn’t regret it! Very tasty! Hot crispy pizza with rosemary flavor and stretching cheese - so home-style!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare pizza dough and divide into 2 or 4 pieces. Stretch it with your hands into a round cake, put the cake on baking paper and leave for 15-20 minutes. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices very, very thin. Grease the dough with olive oil, put potatoes on it with "tiles", sprinkle a little with salt, sprinkle with chopped rosemary, top with mozzarella, torn into small pieces.
  2. Preheat the oven and baking sheet to 275 degrees on the second shelf from the bottom. Place the pizza with the paper on a hot baking sheet. Bake for about 6-10 minutes. Before placing the next pizza in the oven, heat it up for 5 minutes to restore the temperature. Rest the finished pizza for 5 minutes and serve immediately.
