  1. Drizzle oatmeal in a saucepan with 1 liter of filtered or bottled water. Leave on for 8-10 hours.
  2. Place a pot of cereals and water over high heat. Bring to a boil, season with salt, reduce heat to low, cover, simmer for 15-25 minutes, until the beans are soft / brown.
  3. Add butter to taste (but not less than 40 g) and sugar, if desired, to the porridge. Turn off the heat, leave the porridge under the lid and warm towel for 5 minutes.
