Whoopi is a popular cookie in American cuisine. Chocolate sponge cake, delicate butter cream. And now delicious cookies are ready. And you can confess your love at least every day!

  1. Mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, vanillin (optional).
  2. Beat butter at room temperature (80 grams) with sugar.
  3. Add egg and milk, stir.
  4. Add dry ingredients and stir again.
  5. Cover the sheet with parchment or a non-stick mat. Spread half a tablespoon of the tortillas at a distance of 4-5 cm from each other. You may need 2 sheets. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool down.
  6. For the cream, combine room temperature butter, icing sugar and cream cheese. Mash well with a spatula, then beat with a mixer. The cream should brighten.
  7. Using a pastry syringe or bag, apply the cream to one half of the cookie, cover the top with the other half of the cookie.
