Homemade ice cream ... What could be tastier ?! Of course, it is not at all similar to what is sold in our stores, it is much healthier, tastier, and most importantly - natural! Quinoa gives it a special charm and mystery ...

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. Cool down.
  2. Mix yogurt, thawed strawberry puree, icing sugar and beat well with a mixer for 2 minutes. Add quinoa and stir quickly
  3. Pour the resulting mixture into a freezer container and place in the freezer. IMPORTANT!!! To make the ice cream homogeneous, every 30 - 40 minutes. take it out of the freezer and stir it vigorously. And we do this until the ice cream reaches the desired thickness. I did it 3 times. Stand the dessert at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
