  1. Wash and clean zucchini, cut plates 5 mm thick. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, spread zucchini, and add salt, and pepper. Put in a preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  2. Cut chicken fillet into thin long slices, beat slightly, salt, pepper, and leave for 10 minutes to marinate.
  3. Mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, and garlic in a deep bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Take out of the oven slightly baked zucchini, and cool. Put the chicken fillet pieces on top of them, and a cheese filling above. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese and make rolls. Fix them with a wooden skewer, put them on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Before serving, zucchini rolls can be decorated with greens, lettuce, and microgreen. The dish tastes better when it is warm.
