Time for preparing: 25 minutes
cabbage 300 g
squid 200 g
shrimp 200 g
olives 1 bank
olive oil taste
lemon juice taste
ground black pepper taste
Boil the squids in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes (no longer). Boil the shrimps in boiling salted water for no more than 1-2 minutes.
Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips, peel the squid from excess films and cut into strips, peel the shrimp.
Put everything in one bowl, add olives, lemon juice, black pepper, salt to taste and season with olive oil. Serve immediately! Bon Appetit!!!
