turkey fillet 700 g
cream (10-20%) 500 g
chicken broth (water) 400 ml
bulb onions 200 g
garlic 30 g
vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
flour 30 g
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
ground black pepper
Cut onions into half rings, poultry fillets into strips.
Fry the ingredients in preheated oil until golden brown.
Separately prepare a sauce of sour cream, flour, fresh or dried dill.
Put the meat in a saucepan, pour over the sauce, add the broth and bay leaf.
Chop the garlic finely, add to the rest of the ingredients, salt to taste, mix.
Simmer everything together over medium heat for half an hour, stir the products.
