milk 120 ml

cream 3 tbsp.
flour 3 tbsp.
mustard 1 tbsp.
ground nutmeg ½ ч.л.

We disassemble broccoli into inflorescences
Blanch the cabbage in boiling water for no more than 3 minutes and immediately immerse it in cold water.
Prepare the filling: mix the eggs with milk, cream, mustard and flour. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Put broccoli in a greased baking dish and fill it with the prepared filling.
Rub the cheese on top on a coarse grater.
We send it to the oven at 190-200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
