Cheese Roll With Crab Sticks, Egg And Mayonnaise

cheese (semi-hard) 300 g

chicken eggs 3 pcs.

cream 80 g

crab sticks 200 g

boiled eggs 3 pcs.

mayonnaise 5 tbsp

Let's start with a roll: grate any semi-hard cheese on a coarse grater, add eggs, sour cream and, if necessary, salt. Mix everything.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment, sprinkle with oil. Pour the cheese mass, flatten it into a rectangle.

We put in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes. Then cool until warm.

For the filling, grate crab sticks, boiled eggs. Finely chop the greens. Combine everything, salt to taste, season with mayonnaise and mix. The filling is ready.

Put the filling on warm cheese, distribute evenly, retreating from the edges 1-2 cm.

Wrap on the wide side as tightly as possible, using parchment. Gently transfer to cling film, wrap tightly in 2 layers of film and put in the cold for 2-3 hours.
