Time for preparing: 30 minutes
chicken hearts 500 g
water 150 ml
onion 2 pcs.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
salt ½ ч.л.
black pepper taste
Wash hearts, cut off unnecessary fat, veins. Cut the hearts in half.
Cut the onion into quarters.
Fry the hearts in a pan with vegetable oil. They will let the juice out, salt and pepper them, add onions. Stir and simmer over low heat, covered, until all the water has evaporated.
Add 150 ml of water and continue simmering covered over low heat until little or no water has evaporated.
Tender and soft chicken hearts with onions are ready! Bon Appetit everyone!
