INGREDIENTS:
chicken fillet 600 g
Champignon 300 g
bulb onions 1 pc.
garlic 3 cloves
capers 20 g
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
dill 60 g
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Chop the onion and mushrooms, finely chop the garlic and capers with a knife.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion until soft and add the mushrooms. Add garlic to almost ready-made mushrooms and remove from heat after 1 minute.
Combine the fried mushrooms, capers and chopped dill in a bowl. Salt.
Cut the chicken breast lengthwise without cutting to the end and beat off with a hammer.
Place the mushroom filling on the chopped fillet and roll into a roll, wrapping each fillet tightly in foil.
Dip in boiling water for 8 minutes. Then take out, cool, remove the film and cut into thin slices.
