INGREDIENTS:
chicken breast 2 pcs.
cheese 150 g
dill 30 g
chicken eggs 2 pcs.
mayonnaise 70 g
flour 50 g
salt 1 tsp
ground black pepper ½ ч.л.
vegetable oil 30 ml
PREPARATION:
Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes, grate the cheese on a fine grater, chop the dill.
Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix thoroughly.
Fry on cutlets on both sides in vegetable oil.
