INGREDIENTS:
flour 400 g
butter 200 g
sugar 100 g
water 50 ml
egg yolk 1 pc.
ground cinnamon 1 tbsp.
apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Rub butter on a coarse grater into flour
Add sugar and grind the mixture into fat crumbs
Add yolk and vinegar and gradually add water.
Knead the dough.
We send the dough in a bag and in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Roll out the dough and cut out cookies of any shape and size
Sprinkle the cookies with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
We send it to a preheated oven at a temperature of 190 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
