INGREDIENTS:

flour 300 g

sugar 130 g

pitted dates 150 g

seedless raisins 100 g

chicken eggs 3 pcs.

strong black tea (with bergamot) ½ стаканов

PREPARATION:

Chop dates, mix with raisins and pour over hot strong tea. Let stand for 25-30 minutes.
