Donuts With Milk And Yeast

vegetable oil 450 ml

milk 400 ml

flour 300 g

fresh yeast 25 g

sugar 3 tbsp.

powdered sugar 2 tbsp.

salt ½ ч.л.


We heat the milk to 35-37 degrees and dissolve sugar, salt, yeast in it.

Add sifted flour and knead the dough, which should have the consistency of sour cream.

We leave the dough in a warm place for 1.5 hours so that it doubles in volume.

We heat the oil well.

We spread the dough in a spoon preheated in oil.

We dip the spoon with the dough into hot oil, when the donut starts to turn golden, it itself lags behind the spoon and floats.

Put the finished donuts on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Sprinkle with icing sugar if desired.
