INGREDIENTS:
Champignon 200 g
potatoes 8 pcs.
bulb onions 2 pcs.
vegetable oil 5 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
paprika ½ ч.л.
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Wash the champignons and cut into strips.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into strips.
Peel the onion, wash and cut into quarters.
Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and add the potatoes. Fry for 5 minutes.
Put mushrooms on top of the potatoes and fry for another 5-7 minutes without stirring.
After a while, turn the potatoes over and put the onions on top, fry for 5 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper and add paprika. Stir and fry for another 5 minutes, turning 3-4 times.
