Georgian Sauce Tkemali From Plums

INGREDIENTS:

plums 1 kg

parsley 20 g

dill 20 g

garlic 1 head

sugar 2 tbsp.

dried mint 1 tbsp.

hops-suneli 2 tsp

chilli ¼ ч.л.

salt 1.5 tsp.

PREPARATION:

Simmer the plums until soft.

Finely chop the herbs and garlic.

Grind the plums through a sieve for uniformity (You can grind the plums with a blender, but then the plum skin will be present in the sauce)

Add herbs, garlic, salt, sugar, pepper, suneli hops and mint to the mashed mass.

We send the sauce over low heat and after boiling, boil for 5-7 minutes.
