INGREDIENTS:
water 500 ml
sugar 100 g
Orange juice 100 ml
lemon juice 100 ml
honey 2 tbsp.
mint 30 g
PREPARATION: +
Boil the syrup: mix 200 ml of water with sugar, bring to a boil and add the mint.
After 5 minutes, pour in the remaining water, bring to a boil and drain the lemon and orange juice.
Strain, add honey and cool to room temperature.
Put the mixture in the freezer for 3-4 hours. Once in the freezing process, take out and stir with a fork.
Before serving, grind the granite with a fork to the state of grains.
