INGREDIENTS:
cookies 200 g
butter 100 g
peanut 100 g
milk chocolate 90 g
bananas 1 pc.
coconut flakes 4 tablespoons
cognac optional
PREPARATION:
Grind cookies and nuts in any convenient way.
Melt the chocolate along with the butter.
Mix nuts and cookies with chocolate melted with butter, add cognac (optional).
Put the mass on foil in the form of a rectangle, put a banana in a small depression.
Raise the edges of the foil and roll it up, helping with your hands, giving it a triangular shape.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then unfold, sprinkle with coconut and cut into individual cakes.
