INGREDIENTS:
water 3 l
fat 1.5 kg
salt 300 g
garlic 5 cloves
onion peel 2 handfuls
allspice peas 6 pcs.
Bay leaf 4 pcs.
ground paprika 2 tsp
ground black pepper 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
We send the washed onion peel, bay leaf and sweet peas, salt and fill it with water into the pan.
We lower the bacon and send it to the fire, boil for 10-15 minutes.
We cool the bacon and send it to the refrigerator for 12 hours.
After 12 hours, take out the fat, dry it.
Mix the paprika, black pepper and garlic squeezed through a press.
Coat the lard with the prepared mixture of spices from all sides.
We put the bacon in a bag and send it to the refrigerator.
