INGREDIENTS:

young zucchini 1 pc.

apples 2 pcs.

chicken eggs 1 pc.

sugar 1 tbsp.

cover 1 tsp

flour 2 tbsp.

salt 1 pinch

PREPARATION:

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and mix with salt to give juice.

Add squeezed zucchini, egg, sugar, cinnamon, flour to the grated apple. To stir thoroughly.

Fry the pancakes in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, frying on both sides.

You can serve it with sour cream, any yogurt, or just eat it.
