INGREDIENTS:
pork 600 g
bulb onions 2 pcs.
garlic 3 cloves
table mustard 2 tsp
table horseradish 2 tsp
ground black pepper 10 g
salt 10 g
PREPARATION:
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Chop the garlic
Mix all the ingredients, add salt, pepper, mustard and horseradish, mix.
We cover and send to the refrigerator to marinate for 5-6 hours.
We place the meat in the baking sleeve and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
