Chop the onion and mushroom legs.
Fry the onion and mushroom legs until tender, salt and pepper.

Cooking the filling: add an egg, fried mushroom legs with onions to the minced meat, add salt and pepper. We mix.
From the minced meat we form meatballs according to the size of the mushroom caps, compacting it a little and put it in the mushroom caps.
We send it to a preheated oven at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Remove, sprinkle with finely grated cheese and put in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
