INGREDIENTS:
zucchini 2 glasses
chicken eggs 2 pcs.
brown sugar 1 glass
cocoa powder 100 g
applesauce 1.5 cups
oat flour 1 glass
soda 2 tsp
vanillin 1 tsp
salt ½ ч.л.
baking powder 1.5 tsp.
cover 1 tsp
butter 10 g
peanut paste 100 g
milk 100 ml
dark chocolate 10 g
PREPARATION:
Peel the zucchini, finely grate and squeeze out the juice. In a deep bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the brownie.
Bake in a greased pan at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Pour the finished brownie with a mixture of peanut butter and milk and garnish with grated chocolate.
