mackerel 2 pcs.
soy sauce 70 g
mayonnaise 1 tbsp.
mustard 1 tsp
salt 2 pinches
Clean fish from entrails and wash. Cut the mackerel into large pieces 2.5-3 cm wide. Salt the fish on both sides, but do not overdo it as the soy sauce is salty.
To make the sauce, combine mayonnaise, mustard and soy sauce.
Dip each piece well on both sides of the sauce and place in a baking dish.
Put the mackerel in soy sauce in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
