INGREDIENTS:
bell pepper 3 pcs.
quince 3 pcs.
sugar 150 g
vinegar 9% 3 tbsp
allspice peas 3 pcs.
cinnamon sticks 1 pc.
carnation 3 pcs.
water 3 glasses
PREPARATION:
Cut the quince into slices.
Cut the pepper into 4 or 8 pieces (depending on the pepper).
Pour a tablespoon of vinegar into each jar (0.5 l), put a clove, a peppercorn and a piece of cinnamon.
We fill the jars with quince and pepper.
Prepare the syrup: 3 glasses of water and 150 g of sugar, bring to a boil and pour the contents of all the jars with it.
We sterilize within 15 minutes.
We roll up the cans, turn them upside down and wrap them until they cool completely.
