INGREDIENTS:
apricots 350 g
butter 100 g
sugar 150 g
vanillin 1 tsp
chicken eggs 2 pcs.
flour 200 g
salt 1 pinch
baking powder 10 g
PREPARATION:
Divide the apricots into halves and cut each into 3 parts.
Prepare the dough: beat the softened butter with sugar and vanilla. Then add eggs and beat again. Pour in flour with salt and baking powder. Knead the dough.
Put the dough in a greased form and smooth it out. Arrange the apricots on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the cooled cake with icing sugar.
