jacket potatoes 400 g

crab sticks 200 g

marinated mushrooms 200 g

mayonnaise 150 g

bulb onions 100 g

cranberry 50 g

eggs 4 pcs.

greens 1 beam

curry ½ ч.л.

Chop the onion in half rings, add salt, curry and pour boiling water over it.

Let's prepare the salad form. Install the culinary ring on the dish on which the salad will be served. Lubricate the shape and bottom of the dish with mayonnaise. If you do not have a culinary ring or a split form, you can cover any suitable form with cling film, grease it with mayonnaise and lay out the layers in the reverse order, and then turn the finished salad over and decorate with herbs and cranberries.

Grind boiled potatoes - 1 layer of salad and make a net of mayonnaise.

With the second layer of lettuce, lay out the onion, squeezed out of the liquid.

Grind crab sticks (cut into strips) - 3 layer of lettuce and make a net of mayonnaise.

Grind eggs - 4th layer of salad and make a net of mayonnaise.

Grind the mushrooms. I use pickled butter, you can take any - 5 layer of lettuce. We send the salad to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Grind the greens.

Free the salad from the culinary ring, sprinkle the top and sides with herbs, decorate the salad with cranberries.
